Instructions

The launch config
validate_launch_config refuses any DBC config whose fees are not in SOL, not all the fee claimer's, that gives the pool's creator a share (the coin account cannot claim), that charges a migration or creation fee, or whose graduation is not a locked DAMM v2 position. A config that passed cannot send a coin's fees anywhere the harvest does not reach.
